Brenda attended college where she pursued tourism, specializing in being a receptionist. Their connection deepened over time, as Stevo would often visit her at school, leading to a natural progression from friendship to a romantic relationship. Brenda fondly describes Stevo as "my one and only" and expresses her deep love for him.

“We met last year, we first met as friends while I was in college. We were friends, he was always coming to the school and with time we just used to get along to each other like that then we become more than friends,” Brenda revealed.

Brenda is currently done with her attachment from college and is waiting for graduation, which she expects to be around December or November. She is also about to start a new job.

Stevo, in a touching moment, congratulated Brenda on her upcoming graduation, expressing his joy at having found a woman who stays by his side, contrasting it with past experiences where women would leave him.

Navigating Challenges and Building a Future

The past year, while filled with happiness, has also presented its share of challenges for the couple. Stevo highlighted the difficulty of balancing his music career and family life, noting that Kenyans expect content and music, while Brenda desires his time at home.

“First, you know music and family are two very different things. On one side, Kenyans want me to make content, they want music. But here at home, Brenda also wants me to give her my time, so I've had many things to deal with,” Stevo revealed.A significant challenge emerged from Stevo's previous professional relationship. Brenda revealed that Stevo's former manager had conflicts with her. Stevo confirmed this, stating he attempted to reconcile them, but when it failed, he decided to throw him out.

Brenda described Stevo as "too soft," explaining that he struggled to confront the manager about being mistreated or not receiving his due earnings. She felt compelled to support him, believing that without her intervention, he would have continued to be exploited. Brenda emphasized that she stood firm to help him alleging that Stevo's talent was being misused, leaving him with nothing despite his hard work in creating content and performing.

Stevo's former manager reportedly accused Brenda of trying to exploit and control Stevo, a claim Brenda vehemently denied, stating it "is not making sense at all".

Under the new management of Oscar, and with the support of 2mbili, Stevo reports that things are going well. He mentions improvements in his living conditions, with quality furniture replacing old, worse items, suggesting he was really suffering before. Stevo has also recently been made an ambassador for Shark Motors, receiving a car as part of the deal.

Stevo Simple Boy's romantic timeline since he came to the limelight has been a subject of public interest. Before his relationship with Brenda, Stevo was notably linked to Pritty Vishy, a relationship that garnered significant media attention.Their on-again, off-again dynamic and public spats were often reported across various entertainment platforms. Following their highly publicized breakup, Stevo was also briefly associated with Geezy. These relationships played out very publicly, unlike his current, more private connection with Brenda before this interview.

Brenda was first mentioned online after Stevo’s fallout with his former manager, Machabe, when she seemingly stepped into the public eye as a supportive figure in Stevo's life.
